Hi tr,its amazing a feel even when..may b two out of hundreds visiting our restaurant,claim to have read my post and      
suggest to me some changes,and also appriciate
as this restaurant AMRUT,makes me meet sooo many ppl ,with diffrent profession diffrent mind set,diffrent cultures....diffrent attitudes..and grasping ter lookover...i have always have felt like sharing those thoughts towards you and with you....i sud appologise tou dat, i am not very regular..but am certainely intrested...,

                As the story runs back to may be 36 years back,things have changed a very lot and thingg have changed not much,the nomenclature remains standard modus operandi remains standard,tmeaning-the ATTITI DEVO BHAVA my uncles used to go with and the way of operation...personal interference into the day to day OPERATIONS exist in by and large way,advantage sometimes and disadvantage sometimes.....

Its now almost 34 years the restaurant keeps on telling new stories and new challanges we need to meet daily..from 24 seating to about 374 seatings(covers)i dont understand still ...

www.hotelamrut.com HOTEL AMRUT ...is the reason i started to at least think big or dream big in life, Started in 1976 may be in october....date not known ,was a task taken upby my grand father who is 89 years old today.. started this place for earning daily bucks for his nine children names will be mentioned later...to meet der daily ends..as he who used to run a very popular JEWELLERYmanufacturing INDUSTRY went into a utter loss ,for as the GOLD CONTROL ACT slapped by the government created an insecurity amongst the jewellery business comunity people.As they wer not aware of it (lack of knowledge) and got carried away by the rumors of all ther hard earned MONEY and ASSETS would be aquired by the GOVT...the adverse effect was the switch over to new business-resulting in a shear loss due to inexperience and the posetive result was a place called as AMRUT.
